Practice Workshops
Fulfilling another stage of this formative experience provided by the project to future teachers, the students had the opportunity to have practical experiences in the project’s game modalities taught directly by the partners.

In the Bèlit game, Professors Aaron Rilo and
Paula Pla gave practical and pedagogical
explanations related to the game.
The students had the opportunity to experience the practices with official and adapted materials.

In the match Pljočkanje also had the opportunity to experience the Croatian game in practice. Teachers Milivoj Pacenti, Tamara Perkovic, shared their pedagogical and didactic experiences in teaching this game.
The students had contact with different types of materials, from adapted to official ones used in competitive events.

In Beto’s Game, students had the opportunity to have contact with an element that makes up the culture of the country (Portugal), which is of great importance in the dissemination because many students did not know about the existence of the game.
Professor Ana Rosa Jaqueira, together with the members of the Coimbra team, provided the experience to the students.

Another important aspect to highlight in the project refers to the investigative processes linked to traditional games. During the launch event in particular, aspects related to emotions during the practices were verified. Through the application of a questionnaire called Games Emotion Scale – GESII (Lavega, March and Filella, 2013), we mapped the emotions involved in the practice of the Traditional Games developed.
After completing the informed consent form, informed and free to participate in research studies (in accordance with the Declaration of Helsinki and the Oviedo Convention).

With this, the project not only acts in the propagation of the culture of traditional games, but also in the process of producing knowledge about this theme, emphasizing the importance of fostering investigations that have this theme as an object of study.
