UC (University of Coimbra) is the oldest university in Portugal and one of the oldest in the world, being a public institution of higher education. It began operating in Lisbon (1290) and later transferred to Coimbra (1537). It has been since 2013 a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Currently, the University of Coimbra has eight Faculties (Letters, Law, Medicine, Science and Technology, Pharmacy, Economics, Psychology and Education Sciences, Sports Sciences and Physical Education) and over 22 thousand students, 56.8% women and 43.2% men.

The Portuguese Federation of Traditional Games, was founded on March 22, 2015, by several Associations and Clubs, since that date it has been the legal representative recognized by the guardianship of the representative of Traditional Games in Portugal.

INEFC – INSTITUT NACIONAL D’EDUCACIÓ FÍSICA DE CATALUNYA
(National Institute of Physical Education of Catalonia)
The INEFC has a lot of experience in training activities through TSG (subject in the university degree of physical education; master programmes, summer courses, seminars, and online courses). In the field of research, the INEFC, through the Research Group on Motor Action and Traditional Games (GIAM 2021 SGR 847), has carried out more than 40 competitive research projects based on the cultural, relational, and emotional dimensions of traditional sports and games, also considering the topics of Social Inclusion, Equality of Opportunities (Gender Perspective).

AEJeST – ASSOCIATION EUROPÉENNE DE JEUX ET SPORTS TRADIONNELS

The AEJeST is an International NGO registered in France. It was created in April 2001, in Brittany, during an international event. 70 people were present at the constitutive AGM, from 37 different organisationhttps://www.erasmusgamesplus.com/index.php/fcdef-uc-portugal-2/s from 18 European regions. This creation was the result of about 12 years of cooperation between an existing network of organisations.

SVEUČILIŠTE U SPLITU

University of Split (UNIST), established in 1974, is a comprehensive scientific and teaching institution, consisting of 11 Faculties, 1 Academy of Arts and 4 Departments. There are around 20,000 students enrolled in its undergraduate, graduate and post-graduate programmes. UNIST employs approximately 1700 persons, including academic and administrative staff.
The focus of the research work carried out is on disciplines characterized by natural, cultural, historical, social, economic and other features of the region as a part of the Croatian Adriatic and the Mediterranean region as a whole.
HSTIS – HERVATSKI SAVEZ TRADICIJSKIH IGARA I SPORTOVA
(Croatian Traditional Games and Sports Association)
CTGaSA is formed in year 2019 as umbrella organization of traditional sports and games in Croatia. The founders were the three organizations that have been involved in the safeguarding and promotion of TSG for many years. The ultimate aim is to put together all individuals, groups and associations from Croatia and create a national TSG catalog. To create policies for safeguarding TSG and create common projects for educational programs.
